Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under Indian law. By using this site, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts for any disputes.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • All fees must be paid in advance for any paid services.
  • Cancellation must be requested in writing no later than three days prior to the scheduled service date to be considered.
  • If cancelled within three days of the scheduled service, refund may not be possible.
  • In situations where services are accepted and payment is made, but the request is subsequently rejected due to circumstances beyond your control, you may opt for another service or receive a full refund within fifteen (15) business days, as determined by our Dispute Resolution team.
  • In case of accidental over-charge, notify us via email. Any excess amount will be refunded to your payment method within fifteen (15) working days upon verification. Keep all confirmation/reference IDs for resolution.
